Make a plan with clearly defined goals with specific targets dates for completion and hold yourself accountable. Better still find someone you trust to hold you accountable!
If you cannot see yourself accomplishing anything it becomes much harder.Begin to create a vision in your minds eye of completing the task you set out to do. This creates a feeling within you, which automatically works on a subconscious level. Visualizing anything has an effect on you positively or negatively!
